We accept all major credit cards.
Pets
Pets are permitted providing our pet designated rooms are available but we reserve the right to
limit the number of pets in any one room. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the room and cleaned up after. There is a $20.00 per night, per pet fee. If pets are found in undesignated rooms automatic $75 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.
Smoking Policy
All rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms. Any who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to a cleaning fee of $75.00. Ashtrays are provided in our rooms for those who wish to smoke outside on balconies.
Deposit
A credit card charge for 50% of your stay or 1 nights stay which ever is more will secure your reservation. A $200.00 deposit is required for all non-credit card reservations.

Holidays
Presidents Week
Christmas to New Years week
2 night minimum stay on all 3 day holidays, Christmas and Presidents Week.
Cancellation
Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Reservations made less than 24 hours before arrival will automatically be charged to your
credit card and are not refundable.
Customers canceling after their arrival date are subject to a one night charge based
on the prevailing daily rate.
Note:
For the comfort of all our guests we would appreciate that the noise level be kept to a minimum during the hours of 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
