Standard rooms: Various accommodations with private bathrooms.

Deluxe room/suites: Larger rooms with kitchens, dining area, private bathroom and balcony.

Free WiFi, Verizon/Sprint cell service,
All rooms have coffee set ups, Direct TV, A/C, alarm clocks, private bathrooms

On premise Restaurant and fireside Bar/Lounge, in-ground outdoor pool (seasonal), tennis court, hiking trails on our 60 acres and more.

We are located 8 miles East of Belleayre, under 10 minutes for great year round fun, skiing, snowboarding, summer concerts and more. We are 5 miles from town of Phoenicia. Hunter Mtn. 20 minutes

Cancellation policy:
Cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival NO CHARGE.
Cancel within 7 days of arrival 50% charge will incur.
